I opened my State Farm agency in 2019 after spending several years working for State Farm Corporate, where I developed a strong understanding of the company’s mission and how to best serve customers. I hold an MBA and live here with my wife, our two boys, and our dog — family and balance are core values that I carry into how I run my business every day.

Giving back to the community is a big part of who I am. My agency proudly supports organizations like the Salvation Army, St. Jude, and the Shriners Club. We also sponsor the local high school football team and are active supporters of our local church.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Anthony Sposito - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
